Smarter autofill for attachment-based security questions

Attachment requests are an evergreen part of typical security questionnaires, and until now, they’ve been manual and error-prone.

Answering security questionnaires just got easier with the Agentic Auto-Attachments feature in Scrut Teammates. This new agentic capability automatically detects attachment-based questions (like "Please attach your data retention policy") and fetches the most relevant file instantly from your Vault or Policies.

With this upgrade, Scrut lets you handle these automatically, saving time to attach it manually, and eliminating the risk of attaching the wrong one.

Bulk import framework requirements via a guided upload experience

With Scrut’s new bulk import feature, you can now upload hundreds of framework requirements in one go using a standardized CSV or XLSX template—saving time, reducing errors, and accelerating onboarding.

Track timely training completions with SLA-enabled campaigns

Keeping track of who completed training is no longer enough. With Scrut’s new SLA-enabled training campaigns, you can now measure when they are completed.

You can now set a Service Level Agreement (SLA) in days for any campaign. Each employee is expected to complete their assigned training within this SLA window. If they miss the mark, their status is marked as Overdue, even though they can still complete the training until the campaign closes.

Here’s what’s new:

New and updated frameworks

PHIPA (Personal Health Information Protection Act): Supports organizations handling personal health information in Ontario. Includes pre-mapped controls to PHIPA requirements, with progress tracking and task assignment to simplify audit readiness.

ISO 27001:2022 (Updated mapping): The entire mapping has been re-verified, with 12 controls remapped for better alignment, 4 new controls mapped, and enhanced evidence guidance. Updated policy templates, including a new ISMS Policy Statement, ensure more accurate and streamlined compliance.
